3. Braised whole shark fin and tail fin in brown sauce

4. Sautéed flat clams from Aichi Prefecture and colorful seasonal vegetables, stir-fried with homemade sakura shrimp paste.

5. Beef skirt steak and king oyster mushrooms with mustard garlic sauce

6. Deep-fried natural giant shrimp in honeycomb style

7. Steamed sea bream with Chinese soy sauce and scallion oil.
